The Front of OTCFacilities

The college premises are in King Edward Street, in the heart of the university precinct. In addition to teaching rooms, there is a supervised library well-stocked with essential textbooks and reference materials. Students also have access to a substantial collection of previous examination papers, syllabuses and examiners' reports, and a photocopier. There is an IT suite, where students are able to access the Internet via a fast broadband connection. A wireless network operates throughout the premises.

The college has a well-equipped art room, a science laboratory and a recently refurbished biology laboratory. Between lessons, students can relax in the student common room which contains a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and a selection of DVDs and CDs, chess and scrabble. Students also have access to the student kitchen where they can make themselves hot and cold drinks and snacks, if they wish. As the college is in a city centre location, there are a large number of cafés, sandwich bars and restaurants very close-by.
